Chocolate Syrup: 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup water 3 Tablespoons cocoa 1/2 cup golden syrup Mix the sugar, water and cocoa together well in a small saucepan so there are no lumps. Add the golden syrup and bring to the boil stirring to dissolve the sugar and golden syrup. Boil 30 seconds, remove from the heat and cool. Serves
