Preheat oven 200 C. Rinse and dry wings.In a large plastic bag, shake flour, cayenne and salt to mix. Add wings a few at a time and shake to coat. Place in a single layer on 2 greased baking sheets. Bake wings 40 minutes, or until browned, turning halfway through cooking time. Drain on paper towels. Meanwhile, in a small aucepan, combine butter and hot sauce. Cook over low heat until butter melts, keep warm. To serve, place wings on a large platter. Stir sauce and drizzle over wings with a spoon.
