In a large bowl, with mixer, beat brown sugar and oil until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add pumpkin puree and mix until combined. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Stir gently to mix.Add juice to pumkin mixture, use spatula to add dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Add walnuts and raisins. Batter should be lumpy. Pour batter into muffincups. Bake until golden brown 20 - 25 minutes.
