*Combine first 4 in a large bowl, cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in raisins. Make a well in center.* In another bowl beat egg slightly with a spoon, mix in milk. Pour into well. Stir to mix into a soft dough. Pat or roll out on lightly floured surface 2 cm thick. Cut with a round cookiecutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
