Ingrediënten
1 lb Pork (diced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/4 lb Pork Liver
2 tsp Sugar 1 tsp salt
1.5 cups Broth
1/4 tsp Oregano
1 Onion (diced)
1 cup Frozen Pigs Blood
3 Hot Banana Peppers
2 tbsp Oil Bereidingswijze 1. Cover Pork with water and simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Remove from broth and slice. Save 1.5 cups of broth.
3. In a 2 quart stainless steel saucepan
heat oil and saute garlic and onions for a few minutes.
4. Add pork
liver
patis and salt.
5. Saute for 5 minutes more.
6. Add vinegar and bring to boil without stirring.
7. Lower heat and simmer uncovered until most of the liquid has evaporated.
8. Add broth
simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in blood and sugar
cook until thick
stirring continuously to avoid curdling.
9. Add hot peppers and oregano and cook for 5 minutes more.
10. Serv
